Registration opens at 3 pm on Friday, December 6, 2019 until 5 pm. at the Hotel.

Friday Evening Reception is at 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM @ BETHEL AME CHURCH.

Worship Service is at 7 PM Friday Night at BETHEL AME CHURCH, December 6, 2019.

Saturday Morning Registration and continental Breakfast starts at 7AM .
